in the world. We'll set this up and provide full training during

Yes, F13 Security is fully insured with public liability coverage.
We hold all necessary industry qualifications and operate to

Yes, if you're using CCTV, you must comply with UK GDPR regulations.
This includes registering with the ICO where required and displaying
appropriate signage. We can advise you on compliance requirements,
but it remains the client's responsibility to ensure their system
use is compliant.
We provide basic training on system use as part of every
installation. Post-installation support is available, and we offer
optional maintenance service plans. Call-outs outside the warranty
period may be subject to additional charges.
Yes, we can take over and maintain existing security systems. We'll
assess your current setup, identify any issues or upgrades needed,
and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the
scheduled installation date. Please note that deposits may be
non-refundable if significant costs have already been incurred.
