What Our Clients Say

Great price

Recently, I contacted F13 Security Ltd to upgrade our four-camera CCTV system to a high-definition colour night-vision setup. Jason Fleeting from F13 visited to assess the job, and right from the start he was prompt, straightforward, and refreshingly honest — no jargon, no sales fluff, no bamboozling. He presented two solid options, both meeting our needs, and his quote was clear and easy to understand.

F13 Security installed and commissioned the new system on the agreed date earlier this month. The work was carried out neatly, professionally, and without delay. Jason took the time to walk me through the system and the app, making sure I understood how everything worked.

What impressed me even more was the follow-up. After installation, Jason diligently fine-tuned the system remotely to ensure we were getting the best possible performance. That level of after-sales care is rare these days.

While I could probably have found a cheaper installer, F13's pricing was competitive — and the service, responsiveness, and "can-do" attitude made the difference. The ease of contact and prompt communication truly set them apart.

I have no hesitation recommending F13 Security Ltd to anyone looking for a dependable, professional installer. I wish Jason and F13 Security every success in the future.

Outstanding service from Jason – highly recommended!

I couldn't recommend Jason highly enough. From the initial discussions right through to the completion of the CCTV and alarm installation, his knowledge, expertise and professionalism were exceptional.

Jason took the time to clearly explain everything throughout the process, making sure I understood exactly what was being installed and how everything worked. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

He genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and that I was completely happy. The installation was carried out professionally, with great attention to detail, and it was clear that Jason takes real pride in his work.

What impressed me most was the follow-up after the installation. Jason didn't just finish the job and disappear — he checked in, made sure everything was working as it should and was always happy to answer any questions.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout. It's rare to come across someone who combines such a high level of technical expertise with genuinely excellent customer service. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your CCTV and alarm system, I honestly couldn't recommend Jason enough. First-class service from start to finish.

The installation was excellent. Everything was done very cleanly and professionally, and the area was left completely clean and tidy afterwards.

Jason installed and set up the entire CCTV system in just one day. He then took the time to explain everything step by step, set up every camera together with me, and made sure I understood exactly how the system and app worked.

Excellent residential CCTV and door bell installation. The installer arrived on time, gave great advice on camera placement, and completed the job neatly. Took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure everything was working before leaving. Great service overall.

F13 Security Ltd have been outstanding from start to finish in updating and maintaining our building cameras at Axis Communications UK Ltd. From the initial survey through to handover, the team were professional, well-organised and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to understand how we use the site, worked around our office hours with minimal disruption, and communicated clearly at every stage so we always knew what was happening and why.

A special mention to Jason and Sam, who were exemplary throughout the project. They were punctual, tidy, and highly knowledgeable, with great attention to detail. The quality of their installation work is excellent – neat cabling, properly labelled, and fully documented. They also went the extra mile in fine-tuning camera positions and settings so we get the best possible coverage, and they were happy to walk our team through the changes and answer technical questions.

Since the upgrade, the system has been running smoothly and any follow-up queries have been dealt with quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the service delivered and are happy to recommend F13 Security Ltd – and Jason and Sam in particular – at any time.

Absolutely outstanding work. Extremely fast and professional install of a home CCTV system with minimal disruption to our lives whilst the work was being done. Had 5 cameras fitted in total giving HD video coverage of my entire property with all the additional features included; motion detection, remote viewing via app etc.

F13 team provided me with guidance for what equipment would best suit my needs and also gave a tutorial of the app once cameras were installed to make sure I get the best out of my setup.

Would not hesitate to use again and I cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely satisfied; thank you F13.
